What we collect

Details you send us through our forms or WhatsApp: name, email, phone, the property you ask about, property details for a valuation, search preferences, preferred meeting times and your message.

Basic technical visit information: pages viewed, referring site, country and browser type. We do not use this to identify you.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a valuation, find suitable properties, arrange viewings and follow up on your request (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding).

To understand how the website is used and improve it (legitimate interest).

We only send marketing emails if you have clearly agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is stored in our secure client system and is only accessible to the Ax Avenue team. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email and messaging (for example WhatsApp). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell your personal data. When you ask about a property listed by another agency, we may share the necessary details with that agency to arrange a viewing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and client records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship, and normally no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example anti–money laundering records).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its use, and data portability. Email us at info@axavenue.es and we will reply within one month.

You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
