Kevin’s connection to Marbella began long before Ax Avenue. Growing up, he visited regularly after his grandfather purchased a home here in the 1980s, watching the town evolve and developing an early interest in real estate.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs — with a business founded in 1928 — building something of his own felt natural. In 2021, Kevin relocated to Marbella and joined Strand as Head of their Scandinavian Division, gaining valuable insight into the needs of international buyers.
That experience, combined with his own property investments, led to the creation of Ax Avenue — a boutique real estate company built on quality, trust, and genuine relationships.

Having led around 30 residential projects — from full refurbishments to complete furnishing concepts — Soraya combines thoughtful design with a strong understanding of real estate investment, ensuring each project reaches its full potential.
Originally educated at IHM Business School in Stockholm, she began her career within the luxury sector at L’Oréal. Today, she leads the creative direction at Ax Avenue, working closely with clients, developers, and investors to bring projects to life with precision and care.
